Magnificent 11thC Dvarati Bronze Buddha Head. Superb face, casting, sculpting, and finishing. Plus, the patina and wear show 1,000 years of devotion and add tremendously. From a knowledgeable French collector.
7"H x 5"W _ 5.87lbs - 2.660kg. (head only). On a new museum-style stand. Condition excellent except for loss in the side of the face as seen in photos. Please see the new photos that show the Buddha's head on the base.
