This is the best of my collection- a masterpiece 13th or possibly early 14thC Tibetan Buddha with inlaid copper, and inlaid silver eyes This Buddha is a very good size at 13 and 5/8 inches tall by 10 inches wide at the base. There is some repair to the ribbons on the sides and there is some loss to the crown, as you can see in the photos, but generally it is in excellent condition for a 700 year old Buddha. It comes from a an extremely wealthy US philanthropist/collector/dealer who has had it for 30 years. It has been examined by many experts- no question at all about the authenticity of this Buddha. The face, quality and feel of this piece are world class.
