Antique Shiva Nataraja-Large Indian Bronze Sculpture-Dancing the Dance. It is tough to find examples with really good faces, that have well-articulated hands, and that capture fluid body motion. Scroll to the photo with the measuring stick to get the size.
Other than the crude repair to the ankle, which could use to be redone at some point (though it serves just fine right now), the sculpture is in great shape. it may be slowly leaning to the right due to the weight of the sky figure over time. a simple fix to this is to put a small shim under the right Underside of the bottom of the base. this could also be corrected if the ankle was ever repaired.
