This piece is from China or Korea. I have had three of the style over the past 30 years, this is the largest, and the only one that has this very unusual lead alloy integral base that appears original. The Buddha on the base is 7". Theirs is 4/7/8 ((has no base)to this one has-in their June 2016 auction (lot 175) with a pre-estimate of 2000 to 3000 Swiss dollars. They describe theirs as 6th-century Sui, and Chinese. Koller often sells much higher than their pre-auction estimates. The last photo below is of the Koller example up for auction.
